Tombstone inscriptions
for this Cemetery transcribed from Cemetery listings of the Carroll
County Historical Society by Rita Scott. Send all corrections to
Keeper of the Keys.
The cemetery is located in Section 23, Township 18N, Range 25W about
300 yds North of White Oak Baptist Church and where White Oak Hollow runs
into Dry Fork Creek. The Cemetery is located on a gravelly ridge
that was a negative slope of about 15% to the west. A large White Oak tree
stands as a Monument in the cemetery. Were it not for where it stands it
would have been made into staves for Whisky Barrels many years ago. Inventoried
May 13 1984 by Carl Stamps.
